Getting to Nebo is not an easy task. North Haven is located 12 miles offshore in Penobscot Bay. It can be reached by ferry from Rockland at 9:30 am, 2:15 pm or 5:15 pm daily. Return ferry to Rockland is at 7:30 am, 12:30 pm and 3:45 pm. The trip is well worth the adventure!

Their offerings include a wide choice of seafoods and they have an “all you can eat seafood” specials.
Their seafood chowder is great. Made with chunks of lobster, clams, crabmeat, shrimp, scallops and haddock (may be missing other ingredients). Fills you up with a big bowl!
